I‘m an experienced counsellor and coach with deep concern for the climate and nature crises. In everyday life it is not always easy to find people to talk to about the range of thoughts and emotions we can experience about the climate and nature emergency. It can feel very isolating while life goes on around us as usual. I’m so grateful to the CPA for giving us a platform to offer this support and I’m keen to offer a listening and supportive ear.

My approach is warm, empathetic, open and non-judgemental. I have undergone climate-awareness training for practitioners and have regular supervision. I specialise in anxiety (MSc research) and have had training in and experience of helping those with burnout and trauma.
