I'm a psychodynamic counsellor based in Walthamstow Village. I've been involved in climate activism, arrested, detained and convicted, so know how the system works. I stand in solidarity with all oppressed communities, especially those in peaceful resistance to the UK government.

I also understand that activism is not for everyone and am keen to support anyone struggling with overwhelming feelings of grief, anxiety, hopelessness and despair. Even without the climate crisis, life's not easy for a lot of people in this country and especially overseas. We're all just trying to do the best we can.

Sometimes, though, it's a little easier when you have someone you can talk to. Someone who's trained to listen with empathy and respect.
