The birth of XR triggered something within me that had sat unacknowledged for years. I joined, became a local regen coordinator, completed mindfulness, WTR & Active Hope trainings and held small climate cafe events and reflective spaces for people wishing to explore difficult things. My psychosynthesis counselling and Re-Vision psychotherapy trainings provided a further psychological frame for the primal wound arising from the loss of the once natural connection between human and non-human, and the painful impact on this, not the least on soul. I have since worked 1:1 with clients who wish to explore and transform such grief, stress, fear, anxiety, or anger or whatever arises for them and is similarly heavy and dragging them down.
