Growing into Mindfulness, Treborth Botanical Gardens

In person 10 weeks Course at Treborth Botanical Garden on the outskirts of Bangor (LL57 2RQ) from 4th July 2023, weekly at 5.30-8pm.

The sessions will be held both inside a large airy teaching space and the beautiful gardens and woodland of Treborth itself. There will be a maximum of 16 participants.
Cost £250 (including Mindful Way Workbook, mats and cushions can be allocated to participants for the duration of the course if needed.)
Concessions may be available, enquire on application.
Mindfulness helps us to live more satisfying lives, to improve our communications with others and to increase our ability to respond to life’s challenges rather than reacting in habitual ways that tend to keep us feeling low, worried or stressed. Recent research into nature and mindfulness demonstrates that the one increases the benefits of the other. Slowing down we appreciate the beautiful complexity of nature, whilst experiencing a corresponding settling.
